How to Submit Your Article
Once your pitch has been approved send your completed article to contact@allwinpoker.com with the subject line “Write For Us — Article Submission”
Your submission should include:
- The completed article in a Google Doc or Word document
- Your suggested meta title and meta description
- Your author bio of 50 to 100 words
- Your preferred author photo if you have one
- Your website URL and social media profiles if applicable
- Details of any sources or references used
Review and Editing Process
Once we receive your submission:
- Initial review — We check that your article meets our basic content standards
- Editorial review — Our editorial team reviews the article for quality and accuracy
- Feedback — We may send you feedback or request revisions
- Final approval — Once approved we will confirm the publication date
- Publication — Your article goes live on allwinpoker.com
We reserve the right to:
- Edit articles for clarity, style and SEO without changing the core meaning
- Add or modify internal links within the article
- Add responsible gambling notices where appropriate
- Decline any submission that does not meet our standards
- Remove published articles that later prove to be inaccurate or inappropriate

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I submit an article that has been published on my own blog? No. We only accept 100% original content that has not been published anywhere else including your own website or social media.
Can I include links to my website in the article body? We allow one relevant contextual link within the article body where it genuinely adds value to the reader. Links must be relevant to the article topic and not purely promotional.
Can I submit multiple articles? Yes. If your first article is accepted and meets our standards we welcome further contributions. Regular contributors may be offered ongoing contributor status.
Do you accept AI generated content? No. We do not accept content that has been fully generated by AI tools. We may use AI assisted tools for editing and proofreading but all submitted content must be written by a human author with genuine expertise.
Can I republish my AllWin Poker article on my own site? No. Once published on AllWin Poker the article is exclusive to our website. You may share a link to the article on your own platforms.
